If you are after an eggless cake very moist and full of flavour, meet the Ice Cold Dulce Brownie. Our traditional brownie dough combined with the caramel custard of your dreams.

This caramel custard is a very light "dulce de leche" that we Brazilians borrow from our neighbours in Argentina, but obviously make it much better :). Well, this might trigger our lovely Argentinean customers, but let's not get into an argument over "dulce the leche" and keep it only over football :).

Whether you are one of our eggless customers or not, you will have to be the judge of that. Enjoy!

Ingredients: plain flour, sugar, condensed milk, cornflour, thickened cream, canola oil, cocoa, orange juice, margarine, baking powder.

Good cake, a bit small

The cake is really good, but it doesn’t serve 20-25 people as per information on the website. I believe this is because there’s a lot of top/cream.

Hi Franciele, in your estimation, what would be the right number of serves for this cake? This is a genuine question and we really appreciate your feedback. It's difficult for us to say X or Y serves because at the end of the day it really depends on the type of party, whether the guests are mostly children or adults, how big you want the slices to be, etc, etc, so we try to make our best estimate and do take into consideration your opinion. Believe it or not, we've had customers complain because they had too much left over after their party and said we should advertise 30 serves for our Party Size cakes 😂😅.
