Choco Coco

I just wanted to say that I absolutely loved your choco coco cake! For the past 3 months, I was doing a fundraising for SAHMRI and pledged to give up chocolates and desserts until the fundraiser was over. I had literally informed everyone I knew that when this was over, I would like to try the Choco Coco cake as it had come out a month into the fundraiser and am I glad I did that! I had the Choco Coco yesterday after craving it for 2 months and it was absolutely scrumptious! The cake was not too sweet so the icing complemented it perfectly. The coconut shavings were just like a cherry on top of this perfection! I have friends coming over to have a choco party tonight after hearing me rave about me! Absolutely recommend this to any chocolate lovers out there! :)

Had the mini polenta with coconut: moist, soft absolutely delicious.
Perfect option for a coffee break.
